Lance Cpl. Roy Farias Jr., 24, .50 cal machine gunner with Civil Affairs Team 6, Detachment 1, 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5, answers a question regarding the techniques, tactics and procedures of the .50 cal machine gun Oct. 16 in Haqlaniyah, Iraq. Staff Sgt. Graham H. Webb, team chief with CA Team 6, came up with the idea to implement weekly classes that the Marines and sailors teach to the rest off the team so they can maintain their military occupational specialties proficiency while fulfilling their respective billets in Iraq. These classes give the Marines and sailors a refresher which can help them assume their primary MOS duties upon their return home.::r::::n::
