Chief Warrant Officer 4 Anthony Cisneros, the officer in charge of Marine Corps Community Services Camp Pendleton, speaks to all the invitees before the Commanding General's 2nd Invitational Golf Tournament at the Marine Memorial Golf Course here, May 14, 2013. The tournament provided a unique opportunity for Marines and sailors to network and share experiences with business and community leaders as well as golf industry experts. Each of the 18 holes on the course gave the participants challenges, varying from wearing a flak jacket to playing with alcohol impairment goggles. The intent of the invitational was to highlight facilities aboard the base that are accessible to civilians and provide information about the installation to invited guests.
