The "Call For Fire" boxes are provided in order to submit anonymous reporting to the leadership of 5th Marine Regiment in regards to safety and command climate issues.

Use any piece of paper convenient to you, or you may fill out an ANYMOUSE form (NAVMC 11509), located on the side of each box. Ensure that submissions are written legibly and enough detail is provided in order to give the command enough information to take action. If you so choose, you may provide your name and contact information in order to be contacted regarding your specific issue or concern.
