Mann the Navy and Marine Medal for actions while serving at 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion in July of 2013. Mr.Mann put his own life at risk to save two fellow Marines during training in Camp Pendleton, California.

Iraqi Security Forces riddle targets with rounds from their AK-47s during the Anbar Province Security Force Tactical Conditioning Competition at Combat Outpost Rawah, Iraq, Nov. 12. The goal of the competition was to build a working relationship between the Iraqi Army and Iraqi Police forces and encourage future cooperation in controlling security for the country.::r::::n::
