Mann the Navy and Marine Medal for actions while serving at 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion in July of 2013. Mr.Mann put his own life at risk to save two fellow Marines during training in Camp Pendleton, California.

The two utility Marines are wiring a newly built building inside a recently built traffic-control point built by the platoon.
