A D-7 dozer is utilized to construct a berm Nov. 11 near Rutbah, Iraq. The berm will surround a new traffic control point which is being built by Marines with Support Platoon, Company B, 1st Combat Engineer Battalion, Regimental Combat Team.  The existing TCPs, which are operated by both Marines and Iraqi Police, have become less efficient over time.
