Mann the Navy and Marine Medal for actions while serving at 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion in July of 2013. Mr.Mann put his own life at risk to save two fellow Marines during training in Camp Pendleton, California.

Select Iraqi soldiers were brought to Al Asad to take part in a 12-day advanced infantry training course taught by Marines with RCT-5. The Marines, and the soldiers themselves, saw a vast improvement in the Iraqi soldiers at the end of the training.::r::::n::
