Mann the Navy and Marine Medal for actions while serving at 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion in July of 2013. Mr.Mann put his own life at risk to save two fellow Marines during training in Camp Pendleton, California.

Cpl. Alex Raymundo, a data technician with Provisional Rifle Platoon 3, Regimental Combat Team 5, surfs the net between patrols at Traffic Control Point 3 in Rawah, Iraq, Nov. 1. Raymundo and the other Marines in the platoon are kept busy with missions and renovation projects around the TCP, but they also have time to keep in touch with family, a benefit that keeps the platoon's collective morale high.
