Martin Post, deputy commanding general, Multi National Force-West, fine-tunes the details of turning over Camp Al Qa'im, Iraq, a previous railroad station before 2003, to Iraqi officials Oct. 14. Through hard work of Iraqi railroad employees, the railway is expected to open again soon and support the local factories with their shipments of various items.
