Mann the Navy and Marine Medal for actions while serving at 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion in July of 2013. Mr.Mann put his own life at risk to save two fellow Marines during training in Camp Pendleton, California.

Setting up a large tent in the middle of the town, the service members provided Iraqi men and women of all ages with water, medical diagnosis and medicine.

Setting up a large tent in the middle of the town, the service members provided Iraqi men and women of all ages with water, medical diagnosis and medicine.
