Mann the Navy and Marine Medal for actions while serving at 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion in July of 2013. Mr.Mann put his own life at risk to save two fellow Marines during training in Camp Pendleton, California.

The Marines trained the Iraqi Army soldiers with 7th Iraqi Army Division, 22nd Army Brigade to take over the outpost and to be able to successfully continue operations in the area.

The Marines trained the Iraqi Army soldiers with 7th Iraqi Army Division, 22nd Army Brigade to take over the outpost and to be able to successfully continue operations in the area.
