Moises Monterofrias, a 21-year-old rifleman from the Dominican Republic with Company A, Task Force 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 1, the flag symbolizes the freedom, equality and hope he has fought for during his two tours in Iraq.
