Cpl. Dwight Newby, a 30-year-old team leader from Jamaica with Company A, Task Force 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 1, is congratulated by U. S. Ambassador to Iraq Ryan Crocker, for becoming one of the newest U.S. citizens, Nov. 4. Newby and 185 other servicemembers became citizens during the twelfth naturalization ceremony held in Iraq.
