Mann the Navy and Marine Medal for actions while serving at 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion in July of 2013. Mr.Mann put his own life at risk to save two fellow Marines during training in Camp Pendleton, California.

CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Henry Young an anti-tank missleman with 1st Tanks Battalion, 1st Marine Division (MARDIV), competes during the Rifle Squad Competition on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., June 27, 2018. The units competed against each other to determine which squad will participate in the 1st MARDIV Infantry Competition in late August 2018.
