Mann the Navy and Marine Medal for actions while serving at 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion in July of 2013. Mr.Mann put his own life at risk to save two fellow Marines during training in Camp Pendleton, California.

CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - A U.S. Marine with 1st Force Reconnaissance Battalion, 1st Marine Division, descends during Military Free-Fall and Static-Line parachute operations at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, Calif., April 5, 2018.
