Mann the Navy and Marine Medal for actions while serving at 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion in July of 2013. Mr.Mann put his own life at risk to save two fellow Marines during training in Camp Pendleton, California.

MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. - U.S. Marine Corps Pfc. Juan Rodriguez, a Rifleman with Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 4th Marines, waits inside of an Amphibious Assault Vehicle during exercise Iron Fist 2018, Jan. 26.
