Fort Irwin, Calif. - U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Joseph Starr, a professionally instructed gunman with Regimental Surveillance and Target Acquisition Company (RSTAC), 1st Marine Division, acquires targets during a field operation at Fort Irwin, Calif., October 2, 2017.
