Mann the Navy and Marine Medal for actions while serving at 3d Assault Amphibian Battalion in July of 2013. Mr.Mann put his own life at risk to save two fellow Marines during training in Camp Pendleton, California.

Henry, a native of Richmond, Vt., drove the memorial from Barre, Vt., to Camp Pendleton while being escorted by the Patriot Guard Riders during the course of 10 days.
