Cpl. Darnell G. Liesinger, a civil affairs Marine with Civil Affairs team 5, Detachment 1, 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5, posts security while his fellow Marines perform a site evaluation to see what work is yet to be done to preserve the city of Anah's water supply Dec.1. The Euphrates River level has been in a steady decline causing the water to steadily flow further and further away from the water tower pipes. The water tower is used to supply Anah and other towns with water and without it they could be facing a potential drought. ::r::::n::
