Sgt. David Lara, a squad leader with Provisional Rifle Platoon 3, Regimental Combat Team 5, passes out snacks to school children Nov. 25 at an elementary school in Rawah, Iraq. The PRP-3 Marines noticed children asking for treats while on patrols originating from their outposts at Traffic Control Points 3 and 4, which straddle the Euphrates River, and decided to share the treats they had with local children.::r::::n::
