A bulldozer pushes up a berm Nov. 10 near Rutbah, Iraq. The berm will surround the new traffic control point which is being built by Marines with Support Platoon, Company B, 1st Combat Engineer Battalion, Regimental Combat Team 5. The platoon, which is operating in support of Tango Battery, 2nd Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, RCT-5, is creating the new TCP to monitor traffic in the local area.Marines and the local Iraqi Police will jointly man the new TCP.
