Iraqi men attending the opening of the K3 Oil Refinery near Haditha, Iraq, July 18, perform a ceremonial dance to celebrate the event. The refinery will open up employment in the Haditha area and provide cheaper fuel for the Iraqi people in Western Iraq. Marines with 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5 provided security for the event.::r::::n::
