Sgt. Carl J. Woods, 24, a scout squad leader from Virginia Beach, Va., with Delta Company, 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, Regimental Combat Team 5, remains on the alert while patrolling in western Al Anbar province, Iraq. The Marines with Delta Company supported U.S. Navy SEALS in a search that yielded one suspected insurgent as well as more than five rocket-propelled grenade launchers and a variety of weapons.
