Mohammed Ikhlas, a Afghan citizen, poses for a photo with Pashtu interpreters here, May 19, 2012. Ikhlas allowed Marines and Afghan National Army soldiers to rest inside his compound while they waited to be extracted by helicopters at the end of Operation Sangin United Horizons. He said the ANA and Marines work hard to help Afghanistan, and he wanted to help them.
