KUWAIT (Aug. 26, 2015) U.S. Marine Lance Cpl. Tyler Potter engages multiple targets at various distances during a machine gun marksmanship qualification course. Potter is a machine gunner with Kilo Company, Battalion Landing Team 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit. During the course of fire Marines had to accurately engage targets at various distances with limited ammunition. Elements of the 15th MEU are ashore in Kuwait for sustainment training to maintain and enhance the skills they developed during their pre-deployment training period. The 15th MEU is embarked with the Essex Amphibious Ready Group and deployed to maintain regional security in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Sgt.
