Sergeant Maj. James Cully, outgoing sergeant major, 1st Marine Regiment, thanks his Marines for giving him the honor and privilege of serving with them during his two years serving with the regiment at a relief and appointment ceremony aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Feb. 7, 2014. Cully spoke highly of his Marines, believing they would not disappoint their incoming sergeant major, Sgt. Maj. Reginald Robinson.
