MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – Sergeant Carlos Camachorojas, parachute rigger and delivery specialist, 1st Reconnaissance Battalion, attacks his opponent using a wooden bayonet trainer during the Martial Arts Instructor Course here, July 30, 2013. Camachorojas, a native of Mesa, Ariz., said he was well prepared for the physical demands of the course, but his greatest challenge was learning the academic materials.
