Corporal Willy Kincaid, a radio maintenance technician with Regimental Combat Team 7, assists Afghan National Army soldiers during radio training here, June 17, 2013. Kincaid, a 21-year-old native of Visalia, Calif., provided technical assistance during the hands-on portion of the training. Kincaid is working with the Signals Kandak Advisor Team, which assists and advises the Afghan soldiers in their daily activities. Marine advisor teams have been working with the Signals Kandak since the unit was formed in March 2012.
