MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON, Calif. – Lance Cpl. Kevin Rodriguez, a field artillery cannoneer and a mortar section gunner serving with Echo Battery, 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, aims the M-327 Towed Rifle Mortar Weapon during a firing mission here, April 3, 2013. Rodriguez, a 21-year-old native of Long Beach, Calif., said every person on the gun team has a job, and if one Marine moves too slowly or fails to do his job it affects the whole gun team.
