Justin Sekili, an 8-year-old native of Green Oaks, Ill., trains with Marine marital arts instructors during a visit to Edson Range here, March 28, 2013. Sekili has a heart defect that required him to undergo multiple open-heart surgeries. The Make-A-Wish Foundation helped Sekili achieve his wish of becoming a Marine for a day.
