Stephanie (right) and Maria Speer (left) pick out a present to wrap for their mother during an event hosted by the Children Giving Gifts non-profit organization at the 5th Marine Regiment Instructional Facility, December 1, 2012. During the event nearly 1,000 children selected and wrapped gifts for their parents, including many children whose parents are deployed to Afghanistan and other parts of the world.
