Major Gen. Martin Post, deputy commanding general, Multi National Force-West, finishes paperwork Oct. 14 pertaining to the turn over of Camp Al Qa'im, Iraq, to Iraqi officials. Camp Al Qa'im was a railroad station before Coalition forces used as a camp in 2003.
