Lt. Cmdr. Kobena Arthur (front), the chaplain for 2nd Battalion, 25th Marines, Regimental Combat Team 5, unloads a box of food at the City Council building in Rutbah, Iraq, Sept. 24. The Marines and sailors of 2nd Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion, RCT-5 delivered about 60 boxes of non-perishable food, as well as bags of milk, juice, fresh fruit and other items to less-fortunate families in Rutbah.
