Joseph R. Fratti, 22, a scout team leader from Philadelphia, with Delta Company, looks on during a patrol through the western Al Anbar province, Iraq, May 18. The two Marines, along with the rest of the company, patrol through the area, ensuring the civilians are receiving the funding to keep their livestock, sheep and accessories stocked and fed so that they may continue to sustain themselves while also benefiting the future of Iraq.
