KARMAH, Iraq-Navy Chief Roger Buck, a 34-year-old battalion medical chief from Niceville, Fla., Task Force 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 1, poses with Iraqi children at a combined medical engagement. Buck saved a boy's life in Karmah, Iraq, when the boy nearly drowned Sept. 28. He saw the near lifeless boy cradled in his father's arms and immediately reacted by administering CPR, saving the boyâ??s life. (Photo by Lance Cpl. Achilles Tsantarliotis)
