FALLUJAH, Iraq (Aug. 21, 2008) – An Iraqi Police officer roves an entry control point on the outskirt of Fallujah, Aug. 21. ECPs are the first line of defense before entering the city of Fallujah, and the checkpoints are being rebuilt to allow more traffic to enter the city.
