A recently graduated Iraqi Policeman glances over his certificate of completion from Al Anbar Ramadi District Training Headquarters May 8. Upon graduating from the training, the policemen go to their precinct and officially begin working as an Iraqi Police Officer. "The policemen will go to a variety of different stations within all of the Ramadi precincts almost immediately after they graduate or as soon as their station directs them to report," said Capt. Gerard C. Dempster, Headquarters and Service Company Commander with 1st Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 1 and direct liaison to the Iraqi Security Forces.
