FARAH PROVINCE, Delaram, Afghanistan (July 20, 2008) – Gunnery Sgt. Omar Palaciosreal and 1st Lt. Erik M. Lukas calm Miriam, a three-year-old Afghan girl, during a Marine-led health cooperative called Medical Capabilities (MEDCAP) event here.
