JOINT SERVICE STATION ZEIMER, Iraq (August 15, 2008) – Cpl. Carl Barnett, a field radio operator with Company A, Task Force 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 1, assembles an antenna for one of the many field radios he operates Aug 15. Without the skill and knowledge of a Marine field radio operator, the task of relaying time sensitive and pertinent information would not be successful.
