1st Lt. Daniel M. Thomas, team leader with Detachment 1, Civil Affairs Team 5, 2nd Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5, talks with one of the local contractors as they meet at the bank in Rawah, Iraq, May 21. The bank served as part of a post used by Coalition forces. The post was recently demilitarized, and Marines with CA Team 5 plan to have it renovated before it is turned over to the city government.
