WELLINGTON, New Zealand – New Zealand Army Sgt. Awanui Melbourne, a carpenter with the 2nd Engineer Regiment, conducts present arms during the sunset ceremony with U.S. Marines at the Parliament House here, June 14. Government and military officials of the United States and New Zealand commemorated the 70th anniversary of the arrival of U.S. forces in Wellington during World War II.
