Second Lt. Andrew McGann, the assistant team leader of Team 3, Civil Affairs Detachment 11-2, debriefs his Marines after a patrol that served as a site survey to civil affairs projects in Kahn Neshin, Afghanistan, Feb. 29, 2012. Under the leadership of McGann, a 26-year-old native of Longmont, Colo., the Marines of Team 3 are improving Khan Neshin by helping the local community service their own country through projects contracted to locals.
