Maâ??moun Sami Rashid, the governor of the Al Anbar province, Iraq, speaks to the people in attendance at the K3 Oil Refineryâ??s in Haditha, Iraq, July 18. He thanked all involved, including Marines, for their efforts in the project. Marines with 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 5 provided security for the event. The refinery will bring employment and cheaper fuel to the people in the Haditha area and Western Iraq.::r::::n::
